ABT Activities

At ‘A Better Tomorrow’, we believe that recovery is not just about giving up the substance, but about taking a holistic approach. To achieve this, we have many activities to help clients improve both their physical and mental health. These activities were chosen by existing clients and represent what they felt would help them the most. Please look below for information on these activities.

Big Thanks to Energize for their support

Events

On the 1 year anniversary of ‘A Better Tomorrow’ we celebrated by having a day out. We started off on quad bikes, then on to off road Land Rovers, clay pigeon shooting and to finish the day some really exceptional buggy racing!! Now on every anniversary we like do something to celebrate. It is also the case that from Time to Time we like to go out for a group meal, maybe some Ten Pin Bowling or even a Pool competition.
